The unique character of Hojicha comes from ageing and roasting the tea leaves, giving them a distinct nutty aroma and smoky flavour. Whilst our Hojicha can be enjoyed at any time of the day, it is perfect after a meal or as a calming evening tea to help you unwind.

Enjoy the perfect brew

Place 2 heaped teaspoons of tea per person in a teapot. Boil fresh water and pour over the tea. Infuse for 2-3 minutes and enjoy.
