This towering, friendly Amazonian outcast squeezes limes one-handed, and by embracing her talents, the trio make salty, zingy dairy-dodging chocs that get the royal approval from Chocolate City and just perfect for Moo Free.  But it wasn't only Chocolate City that approved these royal.  Salty Sam and Magic can report these achieved Gold in the Free From Awards 2020 and commended in the Taste of the West awards.

The organic cocoa in our premium chocolate hails from organic farms in the San Franciso De Macois area of Dominican Republic. The beans are grown on Trinitario cocoa trees which are cultivated and harvested in the cooling shade of citrus, avocado and banana trees. Only 4% of cocoa beans produced in Dominican Republic are of the Hispoaniola variety.  These are high exclusive high quality beans.  Due to their fermentation and drying process these beans produce an intricate, fruity flavour. These are the beans we use in our organic chocolate.
