What is English Truffle Oil (100ml)?
Our English truffle oil is made entirely from locally sourced ingredients. We shave English black truffles, foraged in Southern England, and expertly blend them with our unique flavor & an award winning extra virgin rapeseed oil from Oxfordshire. The rapeseed oil is cold-pressed, which produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavors & aromas are not damaged.

What does it taste like?
Heady earthy aroma. Black truffle flavor throughout with a smooth, nutty finish.

How should I use it?
Use our English Truffle Oil (100ml) as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving.  Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
