Pure porridge oats with diced apple and dusted with cinnamon spice - a great way to start your day. Our oats are batch tested for gluten using the ELISA method and have a high soluble fibre content.
Pour 50g Amisa oats into a saucepan and add 350ml of milk or water (or a mixture of the two) and sprinkle in a pinch of salt. Bring the contents of the pan to the boil and simmer for 4-5mins, stirring from time to time.
For microwave: Mix the above mentioned ingredients in a microwavable bowl and microwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring half way through. Leave to stand for two minutes. Serve sweetened with some honey or agave syrup.
